Danielle Cardot
Broker
Danielle Cardot was born and raised in the Pacific NW. She left for 14 years to travel and learn about other cultures and communities, but was always drawn back to her home town of Eugene. She has been involved in real estate personally for the last 11 years, rehabbing and updating neglected homes. Danielle was brought up in a family of electricians, contractors and a real estate agent, with an understanding of the value in real estate investing. She has rehabbed a Victorian home and built a successful restaurant within, as well as renovating several homes personal to her family. She brings a keen eye for potential and investment opportunity to the table. Her desire is to help real estate clients find their best future - whether that is in an investment property or their forever home.
Danielle Cardot attended Oregon State University, the Universita per Stranieri in Siena, Italy and graduated from the University of Oregon. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Romance Languages (French and Italian) with a minor in Business Administration. Her skills in language, business, customer service and renovations give her a unique insight into inter-personal communications and business management as well as an eye for potential in challenging and outdated properties. Danielle’s real-life experience has made her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers in today’s fast paced market.
Danielle Cardot became a broker in order to help others find their truest potential in the real estate market. She is excited to meet new clients and guide them through the buying and selling process.
Danielle Cardot is married and lives in Eugene, OR with her husband, their three children, several pets and 170 houseplants. She spends her free time playing with her family, digging in the dirt and working on her photography.
