I am a native Oregonian, born and raised in a small community outside of Portland. I originally moved to the Eugene to attend the University of Oregon, where I graduated with a Bachelor`s Degree in Telecommunications and Film. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I spent over 25 years in marketing and business development. As a result, I am very familiar and experienced with the different channels and strategies to advertise your home for sale. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and seek to make every transaction as stress-free as possible. I have personally had over eight home transactions and I am very familiar with the different situations that arise as a seller and buyer. I have remodeled homes from total renovations to a move-in ready condition. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them overcome the obstacles with each sale or purchase. In my spare time, you might find me on some adventure with my wife and five kids. I enjoy the quality of life that Oregon has to offer. I look forward to getting to know you.

She has many passions, but real estate has always played a huge role in her life. With a father who has been in real estate for over 30 years and a mother who was also in the business, she has many nostalgic memories. From touring homes, to taking walks around her childhood neighborhood, she always found a happy place immersed in the beauty of homes.
Living most of her adult life in Montana, she earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Montana with an emphasis on human neuropsychology. Her next step was moving to the beautiful state of Oregon where she fell in love with the Eugene area and got back to her roots in the real estate business.
Her passion for people and her drive to do the right thing for her clients sets her apart as a Real Estate Broker. She prides herself on working for a local company who has a great reputation in the community and who stands by her goals of serving the client first.
I moved to Eugene from Colorado in 2004 to continue my career in meeting planning and hospitality. I had the opportunity to manage a hospitality program for two Olympic Sports Federations and organized sponsor packages at multiple Olympic Games. I was also instrumental in starting up a local property investment company. These experiences laid the foundation for my ability to multi-task and create solutions that are invaluable to my real estate clients.
In 2007 I chose a career in real estate because I enjoy working with people and believe that real estate is a fantastic way of investing for the future. It is very rewarding for me to find the right home for my clients, whether someone is a first time home buyer, needs a larger home, or interested in investment opportunities, I will assist you in choosing the right property, make the offer, negotiate the best terms possible and recommend financing.
An experienced Buyer’s Agent is invaluable for your purchase and I will help make your real estate transaction go smooth and avoid costly mistakes. I will guide you through the most important decision of your life and let my experience work for you.

Kristin is a Lane County local. She was born and raised in Cottage Grove, graduated from Cottage Grove High School, and even worked at the local pizza place. She has lived in Springfield with her husband since 2008. In her spare time she and her family ride bikes on their nearby path, go hiking, kayaking, and try to spend time at the beach. Living so close to parks and the bike path makes raising their kids with a love for the outdoors that much easier. Kristin has always had a passion for real estate. Whether it’s touring homes, drafting floor plans, working on remodels and even new builds, she always knew she would venture into this field somehow. Choosing a career in real estate was a natural choice.
